About Us: Situ Live is a start-up developing the next evolutionary step in bringing products to life for brands and customers. We are a living magazine – a place where people can come to hear exciting new ideas about modern life and learn how to get fitter, eat better, be more entertained and work smarter. To improve how they travel and reduce their impact on the environment. We use a mix of theatre, workshops and expert advice to show how technology and innovative brands can help our visitors lead better lives, every day - it’s a powerful mix. Excitingly our first venue is in a large scale flagship venue, in the very heart of London and the aim is to roll out 16 venues in 5 years in addition to a global footprint.

Co-create the social media and content strategy , initially to a B2B audience but within 6 months move to a consumer strategy
Capture customer mentions and develop ongoing relationships and awareness of Situ within our customer targets
Develop social profiles for the senior management team to drive awareness of Situ Live and to engage our “customers”
Research key articles to comment on and post
Thought leadership e-books/ webinars and video content to promote Situ Live
Capture customer and community mentions and develop ongoing relationships to drive leads to our new business team
Develop a content schedule and have ownership of content posts
Promote posts in line with the strategy you have co-created
Engage with any comments/ messages promptly
Define Social Media metrics and monthly reporting rhythms
Use the reporting software we use to help guide planning schedules
A secondary and “holding” function it would be advantageous if you had PR experience and could establish or have already established strong relationships with key publications.
Proactive and driven to get things done
Strong communication skills
Proven copywriting within a social environment
Self-aware and emotionally intelligent
Ideally you will also be creative in your thought process to generate new ways to engage customers or consumers. An added bonus would be the ability to design and create simple campaign assets
Good track record of social engagement both B2B and ideally B2C but not essential
Good understanding of PR to drive results
3-5 years social media experience
Experience setting up social media strategy, plans and dashboard
Ideally PR experience with proven marketing publication relationships
Strong social media engagement that drives new business leads
Improved social traction and followers of Situ Live and the Senior Management Team
A clear Social and PR strategy in place within 3 months with corresponding KPI’s defined with a dashboard in place providing visibility of activity and results.
